A Morning Prayer
Lord, this day is yours before it is mine. I do not know what it holds, but you do. Give me eyes to see your presence in ordinary moments, and the grace to trust you when the day is hard. Amen.
Prayer
Prayer is one of the most honest things a person can do. It requires no special words, no particular posture, and no prior experience. It is simply turning towards God with whatever you carry.
A space for submitting personal prayer requests is being planned. For now, we offer a small collection of written prayers to read, reflect on, or make your own.
Lord, this day is yours before it is mine. I do not know what it holds, but you do. Give me eyes to see your presence in ordinary moments, and the grace to trust you when the day is hard. Amen.
Jesus, you said to come to you when we are tired and burdened. I am coming. I do not have the strength to carry this alone. Take what is heavy. Give me rest that is real. Amen.
God, I am not sure what I believe right now. But I am here, and I am asking. If you are real, make yourself known to me. I am willing to be found. Amen.
Father, there is more goodness in my life than I usually stop to notice. Thank you for the quiet things — for light, for breath, for people who love me. Help me to live with open hands. Amen.
Lord, the day is ending. Whatever I did well, thank you. Whatever I got wrong, forgive me. As I sleep, hold the people I love. Hold me. Let tomorrow begin in your mercy. Amen.
